Works of Ralph Baney in three upcoming International Exhibitions

The works of Dr. Ralph Baney, professor of art at Dundalk Community College, will be featured in three upcoming international art exhibitions.

His wood sculpture, "Oracle," will be in an all-sculpture show by members of the Sculptors Guild at the Cast Iron Gallery, 159 Mercer St., New York, from June 5 to 23.
The entire show then moves on to Japan where it will be on exhibition in Kyoto from Oct. 3 to Nov. 14. This joint
show by members of the Sculptures Guild and the Kyoto Sculpture Association is sponsored by the Fujiya Corporation.

During the summer, Ralph
Baney and his wife Vera a fellow artist who also teaches at Dundalk Community College, will also have a joint show at "Gallery 101" in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies.

Ralph will show sculptures in wood, bronze and alabaster, while Vera will show her unique hand built pottery. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, the Baneys now reside in Ellicott City. At Dundalk Community College, Ralph teaches sculpture and ceramics, and Vera teaches ceramics and ceramic jewelry.
